Our Impact.

Change that travels further than the room.
Our work does not end when a programme or project does.
Our work  reaches into communities, institutions, systems and across borders.

Where systems change meets social value

Here is a picture of  what we built, who we have worked with, and the change we are part of. Our commitment to systems change and cultural architecture extends beyond our client work. We invest in communities, causes and initiatives where the need for belonging, accountability and equitable systems is greatest.

EDUCATION & STEM-
Getting young people and people from the global majority into AI & STEM
We are actively working to open doors into AI, technology and STEM for young people, global majority and under represented communities, people who are too often locked out of these fields. Representation in the systems shaping our future matters and we are building the pathways to get there.

DIASPORA & SYSTEMS CHANGE-
Supporting Ghana's Year of Return -Come Home initiative
We supported Ghana's Come Home initiative, a government-led campaign encouraging the African diaspora to visit, settle and invest in Ghana, originating from the 2019 Year of Return. Our contribution brought systems change and culture change methodology to a movement about identity, belonging and collective return.

INSTITUTIONAL SYSTEMS CHANGE
Council of Europe- Intercultural Cities Programme
In partnership with our client, we served as the UK representative on the Council of Europe's Intercultural Cities Programme, a network of cities committed to building intercultural integration as a model of governance. What began as a community project grew into something far bigger, working with councils,  partners primary and secondary healthcare providers, supporting their internal systems, practices and leadership culture. This is systems leadership and cultural architecture in action: building belonging not just in communities but inside the institutions that serve them, using a systems leadership and cultural change approach throughout.

INTERNATIONAL TWINNING & PARTNERSHIPS
We also work with partners internationally across twinned cities and organisations. See our Partners page for the full picture.
HOW WE STAY AT THE EDGE OF OUR FIELD

We do not wait for innovation to come to us.

Our methodology is evidence-based because we actively go out and find the evidence. Over the past decade we have travelled to learn from the best practitioners, institutions and thinkers in the world and brought what we found back into everything we design and deliver.
HONG KONG

Hanson Robotics
The beginning of our Robotics  & AI journey

More than 8 years ago we visited Hanson Robotics in Hong Kong, home of Sophia, one of the world's most advanced humanoid robots. That visit sparked our long-term commitment to understanding AI, robotics and the human implications of both. It is why AI ethics and human oversight sit at the heart of our work today.

NETHERLANDS

Learning about gamification & GBL
at its source

We travelled to the Netherlands to learn directly from leading practitioners and pioneers in gamification applied games and Game Based Learning (GBL) to understand both the tools but the science of why play unlocks learning. It shaped how we now use gamification, board games and immersive methods as serious design choices, not novelties.

Nanyang Polytechnic Designing for the future
Learning about change

Nanyang Polytechnic is recognised globally for its focus on industry-relevant education, applied learning and future-facing design. Over the years, we've partnered with them to understand how to build competency-based systems with strong industry partnerships, across AI, and design, health sciences and digital technology. It directly informed our approach and methodology.

GHANA

The Year of Return  Culture, diaspora
and systems
Our work in Ghana deepened our understanding of how culture, identity and systems intersect  and how change movements are built from the ground up. It reinforced everything we believe about Power Literacy and Cultural Architecture: that belonging is not a programme, it is a system to be. designed.
