Our Partners.

When you work with us, you work with our entire network. We believe in collaborating on purpose for a purpose.

OUR PARTNERS

Global Connections- see where we've made positive impact

Our partners are not a list of logos. They are active relationships with academics, researchers, practitioners, community organisations, international institutions and twinning partners across the globe. These are relationships built on shared values, mutual trust and a common commitment to systems change and culture change that genuinely lasts.

See where we've made positive impact. Our ambition is to make the whole map green.
OUR LIVED EXPERIENCE REPOSITROY

Leading Legacy...Living Legacy

As well as participating and working on research about the people in their systems, we have a powerful living repository of clients', professionals' and service users' direct lived experiences of the systems and sectors we work in.

Numbers tell you what is happening. Lived experience tells you why and what it actually feels like to be inside the system you are trying to change. Our repository connects the insights and stories of people who have navigated the systems, structures and cultures our clients are working to improve. This is not focus group data but real voices, real experiences and real intelligence available to us to inform every project we take on.
OUR NETWORK

Eight types of relationship. One shared commitment.

Every partner relationship is built on shared values, a commitment to systems change and culture change.
1. Academic & research partners
Universities, research institutions and think tanks whose work informs and validates our practice.
Our academic and research partnerships keep our practice evidence-based and at the leading edge. We work with institutions whose research directly informs how we design frameworks, methodologies and interventions. We contribute back through our own practice-based research and insight. These relationships mean that when we bring a framework or methodology to a client, it is grounded in evidence not just practitioner instinct and experience.
2. International & twinning partners
Global partners across twinned cities, international institutions and cross-border networks.
Our international partnerships span twinned cities and organisations across five continents,.We are sharing methodology, building mutual capacity and extending the reach of systems change and culture change practice across borders and contexts. These include our role as UK representative on the Council of Europe's Intercultural Cities Programme, and our partnerships in Singapore, Hong Kong, Ghana, the Netherlands and beyond. Each relationship brings new perspective into how we see systems and culture and what it takes to change them.

3. Technology & innovation partners
Partners at the cutting edge of AI, digital learning, augmented reality and game-based learning.
Our technology partnerships mean we are never behind the curve. From our early conversations with Hanson Robotics about AI trust in 2018 to our current work on AI-powered system mapping and AI coaching conversations,  we partner with innovators who are building what comes next. These partnerships allow us to bring genuinely cutting-edge tools into organisations navigating complex change,  tools that are tested, ethical and purposefully designed to shift how people think.

4. Community & third sector partners
Charities, CVS organisations, CICs and community groups doing systems change from the ground up.
Some of the most important systems change happens not in boardrooms but in communities. Our community and third sector partnerships connect us to organisations doing extraordinary work at the grassroots, local and national level. It allows us to bring our methodology into spaces where it is most needed and often least resourced. These partnerships inform our practice as much as we inform theirs. The insight that comes from community-led systems change is some of the most powerful intelligence we have.

5. Public sector & regulatory partners
Regulators, local authorities, NHS bodies and government departments we work alongside.
Our public sector partnerships span 18 regulators, 60+ local councils, NHS trusts, government departments and emergency services. These are not just client relationships  many have evolved into genuine partnerships where we work together to design and test new approaches to systems change and culture change. Working inside complex, high-scrutiny public systems has given us an understanding of regulatory culture, public accountability and the specific pressures leaders face that very few consultancies can match.
6. Practitioner & specialist partners
Individual specialists, coaches, investigators and facilitators who extend our capacity and expertise.
Our practitioner network extends our reach and deepens our expertise. Our specialist partners are external experts we bring in for specific pieces of work. They contribute specialist knowledge. They don't need to know our frameworks inside out, they just need to be brilliant at what they do. They are specialists in coaching, investigation, facilitation, research, design and systems leadership, and they share our values and our commitment to creating change that actually holds.
7. Designers & creative partners
Learning experience designers, content designers, illustrators and creative practitioners who bring our frameworks and methodologies to life.
Design is at the heart of everything we do  and our creative partners are central to that. Our network of designers includes learning experience designers, content designers, illustrators, animators and creative practitioners who translate complex systems change and culture change thinking into formats that land, stick and travel. They don't just make things look good. They make complex ideas accessible, memorable and genuinely usable  in the room and long after we've left it.
8. Associate consultants
Experienced consultants who share our values workING on projects THAT NEED MORE depth, specialist SKILLS AND capacity.
Our associate consultants are experienced practitioners who share our values, understand our approach and are trusted to deliver to our standards. They bring specialist knowledge across systems change, culture change, leadership development, regulatory practice, equity and belonging. They extend our capacity without  compromising on the quality or integrity of what we deliver. Every associate is aligned to our SHIFT framework, our LEADER model , and our commitment to change that genuinely holds.
