We did not plan this journey. we followed what mattered, the clients who needed something different, the questions that wouldn't leave us alone, and the experiences that changed how we saw everything. Every dot connected. This is how 17 years of curiosity practice and deliberate learning became Amber and Greene as we are today

The Foundation
How it all
started ---> We began where the stakes were highest helping people who were not lawyers understand the law, apply regulation with confidence and act within complex frameworks without fear. This is where our belief was formed: that knowledge alone is never enough. People need to understand why, not just what. |
The Expansion
Then we broadened--->
Our clients kept bringing us bigger questions. Leadership. Equity. Belonging. What were then called soft skills, the human capabilities that actually determine whether organisations succeed or fail. We followed the questions and built the practice to answer them properly. |
The Global Shift
Going
international ---> We travelled. Asia, Africa, Europe. We formed twinning partnerships, and networks and learned from the best practitioners and thinkers in the world. We brought what we found back into everything we design and deliver. Working across borders and cultures changed how we saw systems and how we saw ourselves. |
The Insight
Systems & Culture
loop ---> Seventeen years of working inside complex organisations showed us the same pattern every time. Change stalled not because people didn't know what to do. It stalled because the system and the culture were pulling in different directions. You cannot fix one without fixing the other. That insight became our practice. |
Right Now
Today's
Practice ---> Everything we have built connects. Regulatory expertise, leadership practice, equity and belonging, global learning, design methodology, all of it runs through our three specialist lenses: and informs our 6 core areas. Systems change and culture change are two sides of the same coin. |
What's Next...
Tomorrow's
Vision. We started conversations about AI and human trust back in 2018. Now we are building the methodologies that will help organisations navigate AI responsibly, ethically and with genuine human oversight at the centre. The next dot is already forming. We' re Future-proofing human judgment. |
